Though this collection does not represent ALL the photos and artwork I’ve produced this year, these are my favorites.

This was my first exploration into acrylic mediums. This 8″ x 8″ panel consists of molding paste, tissue paper collage, acrylic pours, rubber stamping, acrylic glaze.

My dear friend Jana & I were exchanging ATC cards the first part of this year. This piece consists of rubber-stamped images cut out and pasted to cardboard that had been splashed with acrylic paint, then embellished with clock piece.

My first blessing bag. Dimensional stamping technique on muslin bag, filled with dried lavender and sage harvested from my garden. These bags are actually for sale on my Etsy site.

 

 

Ran across this butterfly at a rest station in Taos, NM

 

 

 

Lost power on Christmas day for 8 1/2 hrs. Had our dinner by candlelight. It was a romantic atmosphere.

Mini book made for my niece Anny for her birthday. Two 2″ x 2″ birch wood panels with paper banner in between. Distress stained, with beeswax thread and key charm closure.

 

 

Random art piece left at Warwick’s bookstore in LaJolla, CA. 6″ x 8″ canvas panel with alcohol ink drips, fluid acrylic stenciling, rubber stamping, image transfer, paper clay & metal bee embellishments.

Sympathy card for a dear friend who lost her mother. Rubber stamping, masking, glimmer mist spray. Clock was rubber stamped on card stock, then multiple layers of clear embossing powder, then placed in the freezer for a few minutes to harden, then bent to crack the face.
