Weekend in the Studio

My apologies if you already received this blog post in your inbox. I am having a problem in that some subscribers are not receiving the blog posts so am reposting this to troubleshoot the problem. Thanks for your understanding.

This last weekend Brian & I did some much needed clean-up in the studio. Afterward I was inspired to work on some still life photography, using my light set up. Brian decided to set up his camera on a tripod and do a little time lapse of my playtime. This video is the final result. Too funny!

Hope you are getting the chance to work a little playtime into your day.

Oh, Carol, your space is just amazing and I love that Brian did this video of you in your element! I think I would just walk in that door and never come out! How perfect for you with your lack of sun a lot of the time to have a set-up like this. Loved seeing Brian popping in and out a couple of times. And, by the way, I just adore your new header photo! Curious about what lens Brian used when shooting this. Such a beautiful reminder of your trip and the amazing scenery you captured there.

I’m curious about your set up. Did you put it together separately or did it come as a kit?

I have a DIY set up using desk lamps, daylight bulbs and a lightbox but am wanting to upgrade…thanks!

Oops, also wanted to say very nice set up/studio. I wouldn’t have room in my little art studio for such a nice photography set up. I have a homemade light box that I use occasionally. Lol
