And Now We Rest

Spent the weekend working in the garden until I could no longer stand straight.

It’s all worth it though. Things are coming together. Isn’t the birdhouse above the cutest thing? Brian made it with a roof deep enough so that I could plant sedums. About 1/2 hour after I put the house in the garden, a little chickadee moved right in. Brian said it is proof that it is indeed a renter’s market!

Hope you all had a grand weekend.

  1. Oh it is nice to have a good man around the house and a sweet birdie in the nest. Love your little birdhouse and yes your garden is worth it and can’t wait to begin to see the fruits of your labor. I know it will be as special as you.

Yes, spring awakens the beauty around us but oh, my! It can give a gardener an aching back, always sooo much to do in the spring. That bird house is just too clever and cute! Kudos to Brian!
