Recipe For A Great Dinner Party

This last weekend, my dear friend Jana invited my husband & I to dinner at their house (always a special treat.) Her husband, daughter, and her daughter’s life partner were also there. We had a wonderful time. The conversation was great and the food was fabulous. Jana had been lovingly preparing this meal days in advance. Brian & I felt honored. When it came time for dessert, Jana had a surprise for us. You see awhile back we had been discussing favorite cereals from our childhood. Can you guess from the photo above what my favorite was/is? Jana brought out an elegant silver tray with beautiful glass dessert bowls filled with these yummy chocolate  morsels, an elegant glass picture filled with soy milk, and even a food tag that she created that said “Le Puffs de Cocoa”! After quite a bit of laughter all around, we dived in. I have to say, I’m still coo-coo for Cocoa Puffs! So following Jana’s brilliant lead, here is a recipe for a great dinner party:

Mix together loved ones, along with fresh wholesome ingredients. Fold in a generous amount of whimsy. Serve with love. Eat with passion.

Yield: 1 great time!
